Shipping & Returns
Cyprus
We are sending orders via ACS Courier and the shipping times are usually 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is fulfilled.
If the order is place during weekend (Saturday - Sunday), then the order will be shipped the next 1-3 available weekdays.
Any delays will be communicated to the customer and by case announced on our website.

We also offer express international delivery with FedEx. Delivery time ranges between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after the order is fulfilled depending on destination country.
If the order is place during weekend (Saturday - Sunday), then the order will be shipped the next 1-3 available weekdays, referred to as "Fulfillment time".
Any delays will be communicated to the customer and by case announced on our website.
Please note that the shipping time applies once the order is fulfilled, as our products are handmade and we strive to fulfill and send all packages timely. Please allow between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) for your order to be fulfilled.

International express delivery with FedEx starts at €15 with FedEx.
International standard delivery with Cyprus Post starts at €7 and takes between 10 to 30 business days for delivery.
We offer free shipping in Europe on orders over €150 with FedEx (1 to 3 business days).
Delivery Times
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

- Mistakes made by courier company (FedEx/Post taking over the package)
- Wrong addresses given by customers

All our scrunchies have the same elasticity and would stretch at a maximum of approx. 24 cm. That means they could wrap 2 times on a thick/long hair and 3 times on a thin/short hair.
