We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
At MILINNERY LTD no exchanges are accepted after the order has been marked as fulfilled and shipped. If you would like to change any of your items shortly after the purchase, please contact us via contact@milinnery.com
Refunds
For refunds please contact us on contact@milinnery.com.
We will provide you with complete shipping address for the order to be returned. Please note that the shipping cost for returning the package is borne by you and we should be provided with tracking number of the package.
Packages should be returned in the original condition they were sent to you.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method the order amount excluding shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
MILINNERY LTD is not to held liable for postal services delays, loss of packages by postal services and no refunds are accepted in the event of missed or delayed package.
