Shipping policy
Every Milinnery piece is handmade. Please allow 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to prepare and ship your order. This is our fulfilment time. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start being prepared on the next business day.
The delivery times below are counted from the day your order ships. Your total waiting time is therefore our fulfilment time (2–4 business days) plus the delivery time of the shipping method you choose.
You can check the estimated arrival dates for your country on every product page. Some shipping rates depend on the weight of your order, so prices marked “from” are starting prices; the exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Every order over €100 receives a free surprise gift, chosen by us and added to your parcel. One gift per order.
Delivery times
All delivery times are approximate estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. They are counted in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been handed to the carrier, the exact arrival time depends on the carrier you selected. If there is any delay on our side, we will let you know.
MILINNERY LTD is not responsible for:
- Mistakes made by the courier company (FedEx, Cyprus Post, ACS or BOXNOW) handling the package
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to orders by the postal service
- Stolen packages after delivery
- Packages lost by the postal service
