Refund Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

At MILINNERY LTD, no exchanges are accepted after the order has been marked as fulfilled and shipped. If you would like to change any of your items shortly after the purchase, please contact us via contact@milinnery.com.

Refunds

For refunds, please contact us at contact@milinnery.com. We will provide you with the complete shipping address for the return. Please note:

• The shipping cost for returning the package is borne by you.
• You must provide us with the tracking number of the package.

Packages should be returned in the original condition they were sent to you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the order amount excluding shipping costs. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

MILINNERY LTD is not liable for postal service delays, loss of packages by postal services, and no refunds will be accepted in the event of a missed or delayed package.
